Seven Reasons To Have A Hamster

What's up guys! How's the week treating you up till now? If your answer for that question is yes, well... good for you! If it's no, then good luck cause there's still have 5 more days till the end of the week.

Today, I'm going to tell you seven reasons as to why you should have a hamster.

So, let's go!

1. Money Matters
Well, we have to admit that it is expensive to raise a pet. Other than buying the pet, you still have to pay for its food, grooming and everything else. It's like taking care of a tiny furry baby, ain't that cute? But having a hamster as a pet can help you save a lot of money, as compared to keeping a dog or a cat.

2. Easy To Take Care
One thing for sure is that you don't have to fret over taking care of your furry little friend. All you need is a cage, food, a water tank and some toys for your pet's entertainment. Since they are so tiny, food and water would last them for quite a while before it's finished. A standard water tank could last them for 3 whole days, so less work for us, owners!

3. Easy Cleaning
Don't worry about having to spend much on your hamster's grooming. Like our feline friends, hamsters also clean themselves by licking their paws and running them over their faces. But if you insist on bathing your hamster, try a sand bath. Chinchilla sand is available in most pet stores. Just put your hamster onto the sand and watch your little baby get clean by rolling in the sand. How cute is that?

4. Independent Pets
Hamsters are able to entertain themselves when they're alone. So, no more worries about your pets feeling lonely while you're outside. But a useful point to note is that hamsters tend to become more friendly when you spend more time with them.

5. "Animal Planet" Live
If you happen to have 2 hamsters of opposite genders, well, chances are you'll get a few more little pups (baby hamsters) on the way!

6. Pocket Pets
Hamsters are really easy to take care of because of their size. I mean, you can literally place your hamster into your front pocket of your shirt and sneak it into the cinema to spend some owner-pet bonding time. The best part? No one will ever find out! Just don't get too engrossed in the movie and let your little friend go around exploring the cinema. But all jokes aside, hamsters make good pets for lazy people like me because it's just so convenient to take care of them!

7. Small Furry Critters
The best part about having a hamster? Well, making "aww" and "so cute" your catchphrases, of course!
